Orange Glazed Beets

|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned julienned beets||1 Pound, well-drained (1 can)|
In a small mixing bowl, combine honey, orange peel and juice, lemon juice, and salt.
Add drained beets; mix gently.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Drain and serve as a relish.
