Orange Glazed Beets

Ingredients
  Beets 2 Pound, peeled (907 Grams)
  Orange 1
  Lemon 1
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons, At Room Temperature)
  Sugar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Vinegar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

Assemble Salad Maker with Thick Slicer Disc.
Process beets into medium saucepan; set aside.
Assemble Citrus Juicer.
Juice orange and lemon into glass measure (about 1/2 cup or 125 ml orange juice and 1/4 cup or 50 ml lemon juice).
Assemble Blender.
Pour juice into blender container and add remaining ingredients.
Cover and process at BLEND until well mixed.
Pour over beets in saucepan and cook until hot and thickened, stirring as necessary.
