Harvard Beets is an amazingly delicious side dish recipe. Try this tempting and alluring Harvard Beets; I am sure you will always want to have it in your coming parties!
Ingredients
  Beets 32 Ounce, sliced (canned)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Drain beets, reserving 1/2 cup beet liquid.
2. In 2-quart saucepan, mix vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and reserved liquid; add butter or margarine; over medium heat, cook, stirring, until mixture boils. Add beets; heat.
