Ingredients
  Dates 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Lactose Fermented)
  Beetroot 1
  Ginger 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Grate the ginger.

Add the ginger to bottled beet.

Add some lemon juice.

Fill the bottle with water and close the lid tightly.

Keept it for 2 weeks for fermenting.
