Tangy Orange Beets

Ingredients
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Canned frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed
  Cider vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned small whole beets 16 Ounce, drained
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend brown sugar and cornstarch thoroughly.
Stir in orange juice, vinegar, and water.
Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Add beets, and butter or margarine; reheat
