Pickled Orange Beets
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked beets||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced (Or Canned)|
Simmer sugar, vinegar and bay leaves in saucepan 5 minutes.
Stir in orange juice and pour over sliced beets.
Cover and chill overnight for flavors to blend.
Store up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
