Homemade Beer

Homemade Beer is essentially a malt extract and sugar in water solution brew, fermented with yeast. Boil malt extract in sugar solution in a carboy and then add yeast. Pour water at room temperature on top and close the lid. The homemade beer will be ready in 6 to 10 days. The ideal room temperature should be 16-20 Celsius, though at 20-24 Celsius the homemade beer will be ready faster. The final contents are siphoned off into bottles. A number of novel variations of the homemade beer have been prepared with Herbs Tea, Licorice, Molasses and Hops.
