Spicy Fruit Gelatin With A Head

Ingredients
  Canned beer 12 Ounce (Use Either 1 Can Or 1 Bottle)
  Beer 12 Ounce (1 Can / Bottle)
  Packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Whole cloves 4
  Orange-flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Orange flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan put beer, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Boil the mixture.
2) Mix gelatin and stir til dissolved.
3) Keep aside in room temperature when lukewarm.
4) Drain out the spices.
5) Drain out the pineapple reserving liquid.
6) Mix water to it to measure 1/2 cup.
7) Mix to gelatin mixture and chill till partially thick.
8) Add the pineapple to it.
9) Pour the mixture into pilsner or parfait glasses.
10) Chill to set till firm.

SERVING
11) Serve topped with head" of whipped cream or prepared whipped topping.
