Beer Broiled Pike
|Pike||3 Pound, cleaned and split|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Lemon juice||6 Tablespoon|
|Beer||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a greased broiler pan, keep the split pikes with its skin side down.
2. Season the pike with salt, pepper and some lemon juice.
3. Brush the pike with melted butter.
4. Place the pan under the broiler at a distance of about 6 inches from heat.
5. Broil with continuous basting until the pike flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
