Baby Back Root Beer Ribs

Ingredients
For baby back root beer ribs
  Pork baby back ribs 2
For root beer sauce
  Root beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet chili sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sriracha 3 Tablespoon
For house seasoning
  Seasoning 1 Teaspoon (House Style)
  Kosher salt 3 Teaspoon (Or 3 Parts)
  Cracked black pepper 1 Teaspoon (Or 1 Part)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon (Or 1 Part)
Directions

Baby Back Root beer Ribs

Peal off the silver skin off the back of the ribs. In a container place the ribs and pour two of the 3, two liters over the ribs. They should be totally submerged. Let the ribs soak over night. The next day pull ribs out of root beer and pat dry. Season with the house season and be sure you rub it good all over. Grill your ribs using indirect heat at about 300 degrees for at least 2 – 3 hours until tender. You should be able to flake meat off easy with a fork. When ribs are tender baste with sauce every 5 min for 20 min until they are all lacquered up an awesome!

Root Beer Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Set the sauce aside for basting. There should be some root beer left Dink it and enjoy it with your ribs!
