Peal off the silver skin off the back of the ribs. In a container place the ribs and pour two of the 3, two liters over the ribs. They should be totally submerged. Let the ribs soak over night. The next day pull ribs out of root beer and pat dry. Season with the house season and be sure you rub it good all over. Grill your ribs using indirect heat at about 300 degrees for at least 2 – 3 hours until tender. You should be able to flake meat off easy with a fork.
