Raisin Beer Pudding

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Quick cooking tapioca 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beer 12 Ounce (1 Can Or 1 Bottle)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy 2-quart saucepan add beaten eggs, milk, sugar, tapioca, nutmeg, and salt.
2) Keep aside for 5 minutes.
3) Stir and cook the mixture over simmering heat.
4) Gently add beer stirring into the mixture.
5) Add the raisins and stir till boiling.

SERVING
6) Serve Raisin Beer Pudding in dessert dishes.
