Lemon Beer Filling

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beer 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon peel 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
Directions

MAKING
1) At the top of double boiler mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
2) Add beer and cook over heat stirring till thick and clear.
3) Add lemon peel and juice.
4) Put little mixture to egg yolks and place on top of double boiler top.
5) Stir and cook over hot water for 4 to 5 minutes.
6) Let stand for sometime to cool.

SERVING
7) Spread on cake and slice to serve.
