|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), chopped|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Beer||1 Bottle (1 l)|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Pepper red||1 (For Garnish)|
1.In a saucepan heat oil and saute the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Make small pieces of the bread and add to the pan and saute with onions.
3. When mixture is dry, tip in the beer, water and add seasonings.
4. Cover pan with lid and reduce the flame.
5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes over moderate heat.
6.Ladle hot soup into spup plates and garnishe with strips of red pepper.
