Beer Fritter Batter
|Oil/Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flat beer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Beat egg with oil and stir in flour mixed with salt.
Add beer and stir only until batter is mixed.
Let stand 1 to 2 hours.
When you are ready to use batter, beat extra egg white until stiff and lightly fold it in.
