Tomato Beer Marinade

Ingredients
  Beer 7 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 8 Drop
Directions

In small mixing bowl, blend all ingredients.
Pour over beef chuck or pot roast.
Cover dish or close bag.
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours
