Beer Sauced Meatballs

Ingredients
  Beaten egg 1
  Canned condensed tomato soup/Cheddar cheese soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Beer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings
  Hot cooked noodles/Spaetzle / rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a small bowl combine egg and 1/4 cup of the soup.
Stir in bread crumbs and salt.
Add ground beef and mix well.
Shape into 36 meatballs.
Arrange in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) 8 to 12 minutes or till done, rearranging meatballs twice.
Push meatballs to side of the dish.
Drain.
Combine remaining soup, beer, oregano, and pepper.
Pour soup mixture over meatballs.
Add onion.
Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) 5 to 8 minutes or till onion is just tender.
Serve over hot cooked noodles, spaetzle, or rice.
