Clam And Beer Appetizers

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beer 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Italian seasoning 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Canned minced clams 26 Ounce, drained (Juice Reserved)
  Toast rounds/Clam shells 36
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly grease baking sheet.
Combine first 8 ingredients with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Add clams and blend thoroughly.
If mixture seems too dry, moisten with reserved clam juice.
Spread on toast rounds or spoon into shells.
Bake 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and heat broiler.
Broil until tops are golden brown.
Serve immediately.
