Beer Cheese

Ingredients
  Aged cheddar cheese 1 Pound (Sharp)
  Cheese 1 Pound (American Or Rat, Bland)
  Garlic pods 3 (To Taste)
  Beer 9 Ounce (3/4 Of A 12 Ounce Bottle)
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Or More To Taste)
  Powdered mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce/Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Grind the cheese (do not use processed cheese) with garlic pods.
Mix with this: Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and Tabasco or cayenne.
Put in a bowl in an electric mixer and add slowly enough beer to make a paste smooth enough to spread.
Store in covered jars and keep in icebox until needed.
