Beer Boiled Shrimp

Ingredients
  Dark beer 24 Ounce (2 Cans, 1 2 Ounce Each)
  Bay leaf 1
  Mustard seeds 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried hot red chili flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black peppercorns 4
  Medium shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound, unpeeled
  Cider vinegar/White vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), slivered
Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine beer, bay leaf, mustard seeds, sugar, dill seeds, chili flakes, salt and peppercorns.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Add shrimp; simmer 2 to 4 minutes or until shrimp become firm and turn pink.
Pour cooked shrimp and cooking liquid into a ceramic or glass bowl.
Add vinegar and garlic; liquid will become cloudy.
Cool to room temperature.
Remove and discard bay leaf.
Refrigerate until ready to serve; drain
