Beer Can Chicken is a great way to ensure that your chicken stays moist and tender on the grill, and your family will love it. It takes a little time but it's well worth the wait.
8 Pound (2 In Number, 4 Pounds Each)
2 Can (20 oz)
6 Clove (30 gm)
Extra virgin olive oil
For the rub
Make sure chickens are clean and clear of any giblets. Coat each chicken well with the extra virgin olive oil and dry rub. Open the beer cans and pour out about ¼ to ½ of the beer, crush the garlic and place in the beer cans. Once you have everything prepped, insert the cans in the cavity of the chickens. Place the chickens on indirect heat with coals on ether side and cook at 300 degrees for three hours. Add a little hickory on top of your coals to give it a little smoky flavor. After you pull it off the grill, let it sit for about 5 minutes, carve and serve.
