Root Beer Cake

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Root beer 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl.
Blend at low speed of mixer; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into greased and floured 12x8-inch pan.
Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool; frost.
Store in refrigerator.
For use with Self-Rising Flour, omit baking powder and salt.
