Cheese And Beer Bake
|Italian bread loaf||1 (16 Inches)|
|Monterey jack cheese||1 Pound|
|Beer||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut Italian bread into 18 slices. Place slices on large cookie sheet; bake 10 to 12 minutes, until browned.
2. Meanwhile, grease 13" by 9" baking dish. Cut cheese into 18 slices. Sprinkle each bread slice with about 1 tablespoon beer. Arrange bread and cheese in dish lengthwise in 2 rows, alternating bread and cheese slices, overlapping slightly; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
