|Beer||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Lemon rind||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Rum||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat the beer with the cloves, cinnamon sticks and lemon rind.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until very thick.
Gradually add the egg mixture to the hot beer, stirring constantly, until thoroughly blended.
Do not allow the mixture to boil.
Strain and discard the cloves, cinnamon sticks and lemon rind.
