Coffee With Beer Friesland Style
|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Beer||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Brandy||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot strong coffee||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter with the sugar, egg yolks, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg until light and fluffy.
Beat in 1/2 cup of the beer.
Bring the remaining beer to a boil and gradually pour it into the sugar mixture, beating constantly at the lowest speed.
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over very low heat, until almost boiling.
Remove from the heat and stir in the brandy and hot coffee.
