Spicy Fruit Gelatin With A Head
|Beer||12 Ounce (Use 1 Can Or Bottle)|
|Packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Place beer, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan. Heat to boiling. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
2. Let stand at room temperature until lukewarm to mellow flavors. Remove spices.
3. Drain pineapple thoroughly, reserving liquid. Add water to liquid to measure 1/2 cup. Stir into gelatin mixture. Chill until partially thickened.
4. Fold in pineapple. Spoon into pilsner or parfait glasses. Chill until firm.
