Ingredients and Method of Preparation of Corned Beef Hash

Corned Beef hash is essentially prepared from finely chopped beef, potatoes, onions, seasonings such as salt and pepper, and spices such as mustard and garlic. A large number of corned beef hash recipes use canned meat also. Potatoes are cooked and finely chopped meat is added along with spices. After the meat is cooked, the entire mass is fried in a skillet till brown and crispy.
