Oven Beef Ragout

Ingredients
  Boneless beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes
  Canned beef consomme 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Instant blending flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Pillsbury)
  Mushroom caps 1⁄2 Pound
  Small white onions 1⁄4 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover.
Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
Stir thoroughly.
Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
