Barbecued Beef Ribs

|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cider vinegar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Barbecue sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat the oven to 375Â° F.
Place the short ribs on racks in 2 roasting pans.
Sprinkle with the vinegar.
Combine the salt, pepper, curry powder, and mustard.
Sprinkle the mixture over the short ribs.
Bake at 375Â° F for 1 hour.
Cover with hot Barbecue Sauce.
