Beef Hash A La Normandie
|Boiled beef||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cold)|
|Potatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked|
|Meat stock||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Start by cutting the onions into cubes
2.Also slice the beef
3.In a frying pan, fry the onion cubes in the fat until brown
4.Add the beef slices to the onions, then add the potatoes and stock.
5.Season and cook for 15 minutes.
6.Serve with a sauce of your choice
