Pot Luck Party Casserole

  Noodles 6 Ounce
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Onions 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Canned condensed mushroom soup 10 Ounce
  Canned condensed cream of chicken soup 10 Ounce
  Canned mushrooms 10 Ounce (And Liquid)
  Canned water chestnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Boil noodles according to package directions.
Drain, rinse with hot water, drain again.
In a large frying pan,saute beef with onions in butter.
Combine with noodles, celery, soups, mushrooms, and water chestnuts.
Season to taste.
Turn mixture into greased baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degree F for 35 minutes until lightly browned.
