Smothered Beef

Ingredients
  Rump 3 Pound
  Onions 3
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon (Mild Variety)
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Strained tomatoes/1/2 can tomato soup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), mixed with salt and pepper
  Salt To Taste, mixed in the flour
  Pepper To Taste, mixed in the flour
Directions

MAKING
1.Dredge the meat with flour
2.In a heavy pan, brown the meat
3.Also brown the onions in the fat
4.Now add the mustard, celery seed and tomatoes
5.Pour over meat and simmer 3 hours
SERVING
6.Serve over rice
