|Flank steak||3 Pound|
|Sesame seeds||6 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||4 Teaspoon|
Cut flank steak into serving pieces and score, diagonally, on both sides.
Mix remaining ingredients and marinate meat in mixture for 12 hours or overnight.
Barbecue steaks, 3 to 4 minutes on each side, while basting with marinade.
