Creamy Beef-Noodle Combo
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce (1 can)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)|
|Celery stalks||2 , sliced|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced pimiento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Noodles||4 Ounce, uncooked|
Cook and stir meat and onion in large skillet until meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in mushrooms (with liquid) and remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, about 25 minutes.
A small amount of water can be added if necessary.
