Basic Corned Beef Casserole
|Macaroni||8 Ounce (1 package)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mild cheese||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup/Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Onion||1 Small, grated or finely chopped|
|Corned beef||1 Can (10 oz), shredded|
|Cereal flakes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
Cook macaroni; drain.
Add cheese to milk; stir until cheese is melted.
Add undiluted soup and blend well.
Add cooked macaroni, onion and corned beef.
Salt to taste.
Pour into casserole; sprinkle with cereal flakes.
Pour butter over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
