Hearty Beef Supper
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Cracked wheat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Uncooked)|
|Chopped tomato||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Instant beef bouillon||2 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced garlic||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook and stir meat and onion in large skillet until meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until wheat is tender, about 30 minutes.
(A small amount of water can be added if necessary.) Stir in cheese.
Garnish with additional snipped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
