  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Pre cooked rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned whole tomatoes 1 Pound, chopped and undrained (1 Can)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Place onion, green pepper and butter in a 2 casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
Crumble meat and add to vegetables.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes or until meat loses pink color.
Stir once during cooking.
Drain and crumble meat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 8 to 10 minutes stirring once during cooking.
