Brunch Casserole

Brunch Casserole is an irresistible side dish recipe. The deadly combination of beef and vegetables is something you would never want to miss out on!
Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Olive oil/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Leaf oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frozen chopped spinach 5 Ounce, thawed and drained (1/2 Package)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), scalded
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In skillet, lightly brown ground beef and onion in olive oil; drain well.
Place in well greased crock pot.
Stir in remaining ingredients except eggs, milk and cheese until well blended.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Pour over other ingredients; stir well.
Dust with additional nutmeg.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours or until firm.
Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
