|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Canned tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|American cheese slice||4|
Fry ground beef until brown, pour off excess fat.
Place alternate layers of ground beef and fresh vegetables in a greased casserole dish in order listed.
Add salt and pepper to each layer.
Pour canned tomatoes over all.
Top with cheese slices and dot with butter.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Â° or until vegetables are done.
