Beef With Radishes
|Beef||1⁄2 Pound, sliced thin|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Radishes||8 , sliced|
Coat the beef with a mixture of the soy sauce and the cornstarch and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Combine the sauce mixture and place in a saucepan.
When it becomes hot, add the beef and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Add the sliced radishes, and when they become hot but not limp, remove from the heat and turn onto a shallow plate and serve immediately.
