Sweet & Sour Franks

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pineapple chunks 1 Can (10 oz) (Packed In Unsweetened Pineapple Juice)
  Green pepper 1 Medium, seeded and cut into 1 inch chunks
  All beef frankfurters 16 Ounce, cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices (1 Package)
Directions

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole or pottery fondue dish, mix cornstarch and vinegar until smooth.
Stir in catsup, sugar, and soy.
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.
Set fruit aside.
Stir reserved juice into catsup mixture.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
Stir in green pepper chunks.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
Stir in reserved pineapple and frankfurters.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 4 more minutes (stirring after 2 minutes) or until frankfurters are heated through.
Serve warm, with wooden picks to spear.
