Beef And Peppers
|Boneless sirloin steak||1 Pound|
|Teriyaki sauce mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into thin strips|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut meat across grain into thin strips.
Combine Teriyaki sauce mix, water and sherry.
Stir in meat.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 1 or 2 hours.
Drain and reserve liquid.
Add green peppers to liquid and marinate while meat is cooking.
Place meat in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 4 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
Drain green peppers.
Add peppers to meat.
Cover and microwave 4 to 5 minutes or until meat is cooked.
