Enjoy a refreshing Beef And Peppers that is truly delicious. A tempting non-vegeterian recipe made with sirloin and green peppers is very simple to prepare and makes everyone want it again-n-again.
Ingredients
  Boneless sirloin steak 1 Pound
  Teriyaki sauce mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into thin strips
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cherry tomatoes 4
Directions

Cut meat across grain into thin strips.
Combine Teriyaki sauce mix, water and sherry.
Stir in meat.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 1 or 2 hours.
Drain and reserve liquid.
Add green peppers to liquid and marinate while meat is cooking.
Place meat in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 4 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
Drain green peppers.
Add peppers to meat.
Cover and microwave 4 to 5 minutes or until meat is cooked.
