Corned Beef Bites
|Sliced corned beef||3 Ounce, chopped (3/4 Cup)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Instant minced onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Refrigerated flaky biscuits||10 Ounce (Hungry Jack, Big Size)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Sesame seeds/Poppy seeds||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 375Â°F.
Grease 20 small muffin cups.
In large bowl, combine first six ingredients; mix well.
Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; separate each biscuit into 2 layers.
Press each biscuit to 3 inch circle.
Spoon 1 tablespoon filling onto each biscuit.
Fold dough over filling, covering completely; seal well.
Place in greased muffin cups.
Brush with egg; sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from pan while warm.
