Jenny Joe's is an easy to prepare side dish recipe which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Condensed chicken gumbo soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Toasted hamburger rolls 8

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain well.
Combine all ingredients except hamburger rolls in crock pot; stir well.
Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 9 hours (on high setting for 2 to 3 hours).
