Tangy Chipped Beef Ball
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chipped dried beef||3 Ounce, finely chopped|
In medium bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream and horseradish until smooth and creamy.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and dried beef.
Refrigerate cheese mixture about 15 minutes for easier handling.
Shape cheese mixture into a ball.
Refrigerate at least 20 minutes or until serving time.
Serve with assorted crackers.
