Individual Pot Roasts

Individual Pot Roasts is simply delicious recipe. A deadly combination of beef shanks and veggies will surely tempt you to prepare this Individual Pot Roasts on every party!
Ingredients
  Cross cut beef shanks 5 Small
  Dry onion soup mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 8 Ounce, drained and liquid reserved (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)
  Baking potatoes 2 Large, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  Carrots 2 Medium, pared and halved lengthwise
Directions

Wipe beef shanks well.
Thoroughly combine onion soup mix and liquid from mushrooms; stir in sliced mushrooms.
Spread a small amount of mushroom mixture on top of each beef shank.
Place sliced potatoes and carrots in bottom of crock pot.
Place beef shanks on top of vegetables.
Pour any remaining mushroom mixture over the top.
Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours.
