Ingredients
  Oxtail joints 24 (2 Inch Diameter)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 3 Ounce (1 Can)
  Consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Burgundy 120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 3
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Whole oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Whole basil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Put joints cut side up in a roaster; cover with remaining ingredients.
Bake, covered, for 2 hours and 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until very tender.
Serve in a nest of cooked lasagna or rice
