|Oxtail joints||24 (2 Inch Diameter)|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||3 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Consomme||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Burgundy||120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Whole oregano||2 Teaspoon|
|Whole basil||1 Teaspoon|
Put joints cut side up in a roaster; cover with remaining ingredients.
Bake, covered, for 2 hours and 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until very tender.
