Beef-Mushroom Freezer Mix

Ingredients
  Ground beef 4 Pound
  Onions 2 1⁄2 Large, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 32 1⁄4 Ounce (3 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 12 Ounce, drained (3 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)
  Water/Red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant beef bouillon 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook beef in a dutch oven until brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide mixture among four 1 quart freezer containers (about 3 cups in each).
Cool quickly.
Cover and label; freeze no longer than 3 months .
Use freezer mix in the recipes that follow.
