Beef-Mushroom Freezer Mix
|Ground beef||4 Pound|
|Onions||2 1⁄2 Large, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||32 1⁄4 Ounce (3 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||12 Ounce, drained (3 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Water/Red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant beef bouillon||1 Tablespoon|
Cook beef in a dutch oven until brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide mixture among four 1 quart freezer containers (about 3 cups in each).
Cover and label; freeze no longer than 3 months .
Use freezer mix in the recipes that follow.
