Potatoes And Corned Beef
|Corned beef||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheese||1⁄2 Pound, chopped|
Peel, wash and slice potatoes thinly.
Put in water just to cover and cook until tender.
Alternate layers of corned beef and potatoes in buttered baking dish.
Melt butter; add and heat milk up to boiling point.
Add chopped cheese and cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
Pour over potatoes and beef; put in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
