Ingredients
  Beef round steak 2 Pound, cut into strips
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Canned green beans 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Canned whole potatoes 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Place meat in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain.
Add soups, water and tomato paste.
Cover and microwave on DEFROST for 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes [SIMMER-4, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours].
Stir twice during cooking.
Add vegetables.
Cover and microwave 5 to 8 minutes or until hot.
