Saturday Night Special
|Beef round steak||2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned green beans||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned whole potatoes||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
Place meat in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 5 to 7 minutes.
Add soups, water and tomato paste.
Cover and microwave on DEFROST for 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes [SIMMER-4, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours].
Stir twice during cooking.
Cover and microwave 5 to 8 minutes or until hot.
