Layered Beef 'N Potatoes

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Tomato sauce and bits 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned mexicorn 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Dried mashed potato flakes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated processed american cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain well.
Place in crock pot and add tomato sauce, corn, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
In bowl, mix potato flakes with sour cream and water.
Spread potato mixture over beef.
Top with grated cheese.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours.
