Layered Beef 'N Potatoes
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Tomato sauce and bits||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned mexicorn||12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried mashed potato flakes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated processed american cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In skillet, brown ground beef; drain well.
Place in crock pot and add tomato sauce, corn, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
In bowl, mix potato flakes with sour cream and water.
Spread potato mixture over beef.
Top with grated cheese.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours.
